The Founder

Our founder is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Realtor®, and an attorney admitted in Turkey, holding an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. Operations totaling $150M — spanning logistics, construction, trade, and real estate — run under his direction.

Admission to the bar in Türkiye does not confer authorization to practice law in the United States; legal services concerning U.S. law and immigration are provided solely by U.S.-licensed attorneys.

Building is our profession.

For ten years, our founder built Istanbul's infrastructure: more than 1,000 kilometers of roads, the Ayamama flood-mitigation project protecting 3.5 million people, and public-works programs totaling over $230M under his management. In America, the same discipline continued: 40+ projects and 11,000 square meters at an architecture and design-build firm grown entirely on referrals — and today, a logistics operation running across state lines. Now that same discipline builds families' lives in America.

This site is not a brokerage storefront. Behind it are an active fleet of 30+ vehicles, a heavy-duty maintenance facility in Houston, and real estate work running in Florida. The infrastructure we build for clients is the infrastructure that runs our own business every day.
