Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the services

Attorneer provides coordination and concierge services for investing in and relocating to the United States: process management, coordination of a specialist network, clerical document organization, translation, and administrative support. Attorneer is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, or immigration consultancy.

2. No advice

Nothing on the Site — including page content, guides, notes, and responses of the digital concierge (chat tool) — constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or immigration advice, nor a substitute for such advice. Visa eligibility must be assessed solely by your own immigration attorney; tax matters by qualified tax professionals; investment decisions by licensed advisers. Attorneer coordinates the processes you run with such professionals; it does not replace them.

Attorneer does not select immigration forms, determine what immigration benefit or status to seek, recommend or suggest answers to questions on immigration forms, provide substantive guidance in completing them, and does not complete or enter information on immigration forms; forms are completed by you or your U.S.-licensed immigration attorney.

Business-plan services do not include determining visa eligibility or interpreting immigration-law requirements; legal criteria and immigration strategy must be provided by the client or the client's U.S.-licensed immigration attorney.

As further required under Florida law, we expressly state: Attorneer is not authorized to practice law in the United States, cannot give legal advice on immigration matters, and cannot accept fees for legal advice. (See the §501.1391 notice on our homepage for the full statement.)

3. Digital concierge (chat tool)

The chat tool is an AI-powered information and routing aid. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; no response constitutes a commitment, offer, or advice. The tool is made available upon your "Start Concierge" acceptance. You agree not to misuse the tool (no automated querying, harmful input, or attempts to circumvent its safeguards). Evaluation and acceptance of consultation requests remain at Attorneer's discretion.

4. No professional-client relationship

Use of the Site, chatting with the concierge tool, or requesting a consultation does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or similar professional relationship with Attorneer or its founders. Such relationships arise only under separate written engagement agreements with the relevant professional.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content, marks, logos, text, and imagery belong to Attorneer or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Attorneer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Rights and obligations regarding services are governed by separately executed service agreements.

7. Links and third-party tools

The Site may include third-party tools (e.g., Calendly) and links; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The courts of Palm Beach County, Florida shall have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its version number. For material changes, you will be asked to re-accept the current terms before continuing to use the digital tools.
