Privacy
Privacy Policy.
Version 1.0·Effective date: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Attorneer Concierge Services LLC ("Attorneer", "we") processes personal data when you use attorneer.com and the tools on the site. Personal data processed in the course of providing services to clients (including identity and passport details, company and financial information, immigration history, family information, and contract and billing records) is governed by a separate Client Privacy Notice provided at engagement. Attorneer is a Florida (USA) limited liability company; personal data is processed primarily in the United States and may also be processed in other jurisdictions where our service providers and subprocessors operate (see Section 5).
1. Data we collect
Provided by you
- Consultation scheduling — Consultations are scheduled via Calendly. When you book, your name, email, phone, and any information you enter in the booking form are transmitted to us via Calendly.
- Roadmap tool — Selections and text you enter in the "Your Roadmap" tool are processed to accompany your consultation request. Please do not enter sensitive data (IDs, passports, account numbers); such information is collected through secure channels within the client relationship, subject to the separate Client Privacy Notice.
- Digital concierge (chat) — Chat content is processed by our AI infrastructure provider (Anthropic) to generate responses; the provider may retain content temporarily under its own policies. We do not store chat content on our own systems; if logging for service quality is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated (see Section 9) and records will be kept for no more than 90 days. If you type personal information into the chat, it will be included in the content transmitted to the provider; please do not share identity, contact, or financial details.
Collected automatically
- Security verification — We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the site from bots and abuse. Turnstile runs in invisible mode and processes signals such as browser/device characteristics and IP address. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
- Server logs — The site is hosted on Vercel; standard logs (IP, browser type, access time) may be retained briefly for security and debugging.
Records of your acceptance of the Terms (time of acceptance, document versions, IP address, and browser information) are retained for the purpose of evidencing the contractual relationship.
2. Cookies
We use no advertising, marketing, or profiling cookies/trackers. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, plus Calendly's own cookies within the booking panel (governed by Calendly's policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data solely to: receive and respond to consultation requests; prepare a suitable service framework; evaluate the quality and safety of the chat tool; keep the site secure and available; comply with legal obligations. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., Turkish DPL, GDPR), bases include: pre-contractual steps at your request; legitimate interests (security, quality); consent where required; legal obligation.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or rent personal data, nor share it for marketing. Data is shared only with providers necessary to operate the service, under contractual safeguards: Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (security — Turnstile), Anthropic (AI infrastructure powering the chat tool; chat content is processed to generate responses). We may disclose data where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your personal data may be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers and subprocessors operate.
From the EU/EEA
We rely on the relevant provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Calendly, Vercel, Cloudflare) and/or data processing agreements incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (all providers, including Anthropic).
From the UK
We rely on the relevant provider's certification under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Calendly, Vercel, Cloudflare) and/or data processing agreements incorporating the UK Addendum or the IDTA.
From Türkiye
Transfers are carried out under the appropriate safeguard mechanisms of Article 9 of the Turkish DPL (including the standard contract published by the Turkish DPA). In exceptional and occasional cases where no appropriate safeguard is available, we may rely on your explicit consent following information about the possible risks of the transfer; such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
